The Society for Marketing Professional Services, Los Angeles (SMPS/LA) respects the privacy of our members and all visitors to its web site. SMPS/LA believes that if electronic commerce and online activities are to be successful, individuals should be assured that any information they provide online is used responsibly and appropriately by our chapter.

SMPS/LA strictly follows SMPS National's Privacy Policy in terms of how it handles our member's personal and/or firm. Our member's information is never sold, given to, or shared with any organization, vendor, or individual member.

SMPS/LA does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers. When members and customers choose to pay using their credit cards, SMPS/LA submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.
