Face Time! Client Roundtable Forum

Date: Wednesday, November 18

Do you know if you are you meeting your clients' needs? Are you clear on their expectations?

It's no secret that competition is near an all time high. Being able to differentiate your firm among the sea of respondents is crucial in winning coveted contracts. Maximizing valuable client relationships will help your firm remain competitive in these challenging times.

SMPS/LA presents a diverse round-table of client guests representing the region's government, education, transportation and private-sector markets. This is your opportunity to meet directly with these decisions makers to find out about:

  • Upcoming A/E/C opportunities
  • Sector specific consultant selection criteria
  • Preferred delivery of services
  • How to leverage the value that your team offers
  • Best approaches for presentations and follow through
  • And much more!

With four round-table rotations, attendees will be able to interact in small groups with individual client guests. Additionally, they will be available for one-on-one Q&A at the end of the program. The round-table rotation order will be provided at the event check-in table, so be sure to arrive early to ensure a seat at the table of your choice.

Whether you're looking to attract new clients, reconnect with past contacts or build upon your current relationship, don't miss this invaluable opportunity for some quality client face time!
