Southern California Marketing Coordinator
Environmental Science Associates (ESA) has an exceptional opportunity for a great Marketing Coordinator to join our Southern California marketing team and provide excellent marketing services to our Los Angeles, San Diego and Woodland Hills offices. We are looking for an energetic, organized and self-motivated team player to work with our business groups to track leads, coordinate proposals, develop and maintain marketing materials and data, conduct marketing research and assist the Marketing Manager in implementing business plans. Ability to travel to and coordinate with regional offices is required. This position reports to the Southern California Regional Marketing Manager and is availabe in our Los Angeles office.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior consulting experience and understanding of environmental regulatory process a plus. Knowledge and experienc with Deltek Vision preferred. Requires a Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing. Journalism, Communications, or English and 2-3 years of related experenience. Proficientcy in MS Office required.
