Seville Construction Services - Marketing Manager

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A MARKETING MANAGER IN CORPORATE OFFICE LOCATED IN PASADENA, CA.

The Marketing Manager manages the daily functions of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and acts as Supervisor to the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of the Marketing Department, including: RFP/RFQ Submittals, Statement of Qualifications, Marketing Collateral Production (brochures, advertisement), and development/maintenance of project description sheets. The position manages and develops presentation material and presentation teams. The Marketing Manager also serves as the Public Relations Liaison and writes/edits Press Releases and other company announcements. The Marketing Manager manages and monitors the in-house Company Brand and Graphic Standards.

The Marketing Manager assists the Director of Business Development in maintaining positive client relationships. He/she works with the Director of Business Development in establishing a network of industry contacts, building alliances to team on potential projects, and conducting research on potential opportunities, competitors, teaming partners and others as needed. He/she also assists in business development event attendance (including industry seminars, conferences, board meetings, and client events).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Education, Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing and Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience (5+ years relevant industry experience) in Marketing/Business Development in the A/E/C industry
  • Willing to travel (20%-30%)
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and other graphics programs such InDesign, Photoshop also a plus
