SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
Golder is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support its California offices (Roseville, Sunnyvale, and Irvine). This position would be based out of either Roseville or Sunnyvale. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will work closely with the Western Region Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct market research and coordinate lead development
- Assist with go-no/go decisions and facilitate proposal strategy sessions
- Coordinate, develop, write (selected content), and edit major technical proposals
- Facilitate interview strategy, develop presentations, and coach rehearsals
- Assist with developing marketing collateral (brochures, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc.)
- Handle local public relations and advertisements (press releases, awards, publications, etc.)
- Develop and maintain CRM database
- Maintain all local materials on intranet website

Job Requirements:
- Minimum five years of A/E/C marketing experience required
- BA in marketing, communication, or journalism preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat) as well as experience in database management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated self starter with ability to problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to travel between offices
